The Daily Mindfulness Lab is a research-informed, measurement-based, mental health program that combines the science, theory, and processes of mindfulness, psychological flexibility, and compassion into a specialized deliberate mindfulness practice.

Learn how to make sense of emotions and protect yourself from thoughts that keep you stuck in patterns that lead to self-limiting life plateaus. For 9 weeks and only 15-20 minutes a day, you will have access to theory and accountability, meditations, audio casts and journal prompts to better help you understand yourself.
